Located in the beautiful Okanagan Valley, Kangaroo Creek Farm is home to red kangaroos, common wallaroos, Bennett’s wallabies, and dama wallabies. While it may not be possible to touch the baby turtles, you’ll get to see a lot of them up close. The Kosgoda Turtle Care Conservation Project is the best place to go because of all of the different types of turtles hatching over there.

#3 Go On a Safari at Kruger National Park in South Africa

A safari in Africa is the ultimate animal bucket list experience and South Africa offers great national parks where you can go on one. During the safari, you’ll usually get to see the Big 5: Elephants, lions, rhinos, leopards, and buffalo. Kruger National Park, located 5 hours from Johannesburg, is a great and safe option for families with little ones.
